
SRS Season 2021.4 Week 6 Recap
It has been a nice season, with lots of exciting races and unexpected results! Here we are for he final recap of the 2021.4 Season!
PORSCHE 718 RS 60 SPYDER β Sachsenring (DE)
Jason Jones is the champion of the Porsche 718 RS 60 championship! A stunning final race for him, who won in front of Michal Janak by 6 seconds, after he had to overtake him on the 2nd lap. 3rd place for Jari Penttinen, who overtook Riley Gallardo for the podium in the last lap, the gap between them was only of 0.218 seconds. 5th place for James Pendry. Jason Jones won his 6th championship (right now, you’ll see later what happened in the Lada race) with 584 points, 10 more than his closest rival, Michal Janak. Riley Gallardo takes the final podium place, in front of Jari Penttinen, who couldn’t replicate the overtake he made on the last lap in the championship. 5th place for Rob Russo, 500 points for him, taking te Mr.86 points award, since he made 4 consecutive races with 86 points!
SEAT CUPRA LEON COMPETICION β VIR Full (US)
Luke Bouwmeester is once again the champion with the Cupra! A great championship for him, ended with a “poor” performance (just a 3rd place, unexpected from him). James Leeder won the race, overtaking Marc LoGiudice after a mistake on the penultimate lap of the race. 3rd place for Luke, who has won his 5th championship on SRS, who managed to overtak Ramiro Dominguez on the penultimate lap too. 5th place for Emiliano Videla. The championship is over, and Luke ended with 398 points (4 races in total), 53 more than Emiliano. 3rd place, at just 5 points from P2, there’s Russell Sobie (P7 in the race). 7 points behind him sits Rob Russo. 5th place for Juan Illanes, who equalled his best points result in the race (82).

HONDA CIVIC TYPE R EP3 β Daytona Road Course (US)
Stuart Gomm wins the last race of the Honda Civic championship and become the Champion of the series! An wonderful win for him finishing in front of Michael Martin, who got 2 incidents after a contact in the early stages of the race, and Nicholas Hall. 4th place for Lucas Biberacher, who ended ahead of Philip Clegg. Dramatic finish for Joel Pacteau, who was 4th at the start of the last lap, ending in P10. With this win, Stuart Gomm won the championship with 564 points, 19 more than Michael Martin. 3rd place for Nicholas Hall, who ended in the Top 3 after a bad race for Tim Jones. 5th place for Lucas Biberacher, taking the place on Michal Janak.

MCLAREN F1 GTR β Monza (IT)
Antonio Massad wins the last race of the McLaren F1 GTR season becoming the champon of this series! He won the last race of the season in front of his championship rival, Javier Brandao. 3rd place for Vicente Da Silva, ahead of Andreas Specht, who was the leader until the start of the last lap. 5th place for Nick Barknecht. In the championship Antonio Massad ended with 485 points, 4 more than Javier Brandao. 40 points behind him there’s Vicente Da Silva. Ramiro Dominguez ends in 4th place, ahead of Russell Sobie, who missed the last race.
LADA 2101 SCC β Goodwood (UK)
Another exciting race in the Lada series! The last round at Goodwood was won by David Broomhead, in front of Jason Jones who won his 2nd seasonal championship! The newly crowned champion was faster in the 2nd half of the race, ending the race just 0.202 seconds behind David. 3rd place for Leonardo Montagnolli, who ended ahead of Michal Janak. 5th place for Martin Smith, who was 2nd until the 4th lap. Jason Jones won the series with 597 points, ending always in the first two places. 2nd place for david Broomhead, just 7 points behind him. 3rd place for Martin Smith, who had his worst result of the season. 4th place for Michal Janak, who got his 3rd consecutive 4th place (4th of the season) with 519 points, 34 more than Rico Haas in P5.

FERRARI 458 GT2 β Watkins Glen Short (US)
Mostafa Moradi wins the last race of the AussieStig Ferrari 458 GT2 in front of the champion of the series, Martijn van Bommel, who won his 1st ever championship on SRS. 3rd place for Mikko Eerola, in front of his compatriot Ilmari Ylitalo. 5th place for Mark PuΡ, just half a second behind P4. The championship with 524 has been won by van Bommel. 2nd place for Ylitalo, 10 points in front of David Iglesias, who had a bad last race with some incidents. 1 point behind him sits Puc, who had his best result in the series with a P5. 5th place for Martijn Kraajenbrink at 402 points, who didn’t race at Laguna Seca

LOTUS EXOS 125 S1 β Spa-Francorchamps (BE)
Riley Gallardo wins at Spa winning his 1st ever championship! He dominated also the last race, finishing 31 seconds earlier than James Pendry, and 38 on John Krahne. 4th place for Cristiano Garcia, who ended in front of James Leeder. Riley ended the championship with only 596 points, 5 wins and a P2. 2nd place for John Krahne, 532, in front of Rick Longano with 486. 8 points behind him there’s Sean Seebran, who has 5 points more than Don Debienne.

FERRARI SF70-H β Spa-Francorchamps (BE)
In the Ferrari SF70H weekend (it looked like a daily one, but nevermind) championship, Jorge Caro Almohalla manages to win the series! He ended 2nd in the Sunday race behind Giovani Armorim and in front of Chris Saucier. Instead in the first two races, Toni Zachow won in front of Hernan Hourmilougue and Max Spied, then Carl Agstran (1st ever win) won in front of Spied and Gaetano Santonicola. Almohalla won with 587 points, 22 more than Toni Zachow in 2nd. 3rd place for Max Spied, at 551 points. 4th place for Troy Beachem. Then in 5th there’s Mostafa Moradi, who got a 0 this week.

PEUGEOT 106 RALLYE S2 β New Jersey (US)
Matheus Nolli is the champion of the Peugeot 106 Series! An amazing season for him, with a win in every race he made except for a P3. 2nd place for Roman Bisanz who got 9 wins and 608 points, followed at 605 points and 7 wins by Matteo Venuti. 4th place for Michal Janak with 6 wins, 10 P2 and a P3. Behind him Juan Medina, 598 points with 5 wins and 7 podium placements.

PORSCHE 911 GT3 CUP β Nurburgring GP (DE)
Nick Barknecht wins the Porsche 911 GT3 Cup championship! A great championship for him, with 16 wins compared to the 11 of Jason Jones, 2nd in the standings. The 3rd place was taken by Matheus Nolli, with 5 wins 4 P2 and 3 P3. 4th place for Fernando Cardoba who got 9 wins and 11 podiums in his 28 races, followed by Roman Bisanz with 5 wins and 6 podiums

DALLARA F317 β Brands Hatch GP (UK)
The thrilling Dallara F3 championship comes to an end, and Jaap Wagenvoort is the winner of the series! 29 wins and a P2 for him gave him the win of the series, with 4 wins more than Luke Sutherland. 3rd place for Eduardo Sa, 19 wins and 8 other podium placements. Then Martijn van t Land ends in 4th place with 11 wins. Behind him there’s Matti Saastamoinen who didn’t win at Brands Hatch, taking “only” 95 points as a best result.

GT3 EURO β Barcellona GP (ES)
Hugo Hekkenberg wins another 1 hour Euro Championship! 612 points for him, 7 wins, 4 P2 and 2 P3. Behind him there’s Martin Kraajenbrink, 601 points and 5 wins. 3rd place for Matteo Venuti, with 2 wins, 2 P2 and 2 P3 and still no incidents. 4th place 13 points behind him sits Andrzej Gruszka with his first championship win made this week. Same for Juan Seijas, who won a race after 23 attempts.

GT3 ASIA β Calabogie (CA)
In a really participated week at Calabogie, Victor Solanes won his 2nd Asian 1 Hour championship! An almost perfect championship with 7 wins and 3 P2. Follows Juan “I love 2nd places” Seijas, 9 P2 and 5 P3 in this series. 3rd place for Lars Erik Christensen, 2 podiums for him and 495 points, 9 more than John Gibson, who couldn’t race in the last week. 5th place for Gerbrandt van der Merwe.

GT3 AMERICA β Road Atlanta (US)
Ethan Dean is the champion of the GT3 America series! His wins on Friday and Saturday (with the Glickenhaus) in front of Diego Demarchi and Marc LoGiudice, then John Krahne and Emiliano Videla brought him another championship (16th, lol). He won the series with a win every race he did, exactly 10. The other two races were won by Estefano Barrera Rodriguez, with 579 points (just a 6th place for him this week as a best result), 19 more than Emiliano Videla. 4th place with 546 points for John Krahne, 14 in front of Pasha Paterson.
